What Data We Collect
None.
We don't collect:
- Your recordings
- Your usage data
- Your personal information
- Analytics or tracking data
- Crash reports (unless you explicitly send one to us)
What Happens to Your Recordings
All audio recordings made with Capture Watch are:
- Stored locally on your Apple Watch
- Synced to your paired iPhone via iCloud (if you have iCloud enabled)
- Never sent to our servers
- Never analyzed, processed, or accessed by us
- Fully under your control
Third-Party Services
We don't use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
iCloud Sync (Optional)
If you enable iCloud sync for Capture Watch:
- Your recordings sync between your Apple Watch and iPhone
- This uses Apple's iCloud infrastructure
- We don't have access to your iCloud data
- Refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles iCloud data
Data Deletion
To delete your recordings:
- Delete them directly in the app
- Uninstall Capture Watch to remove all local data
- If using iCloud, delete recordings from iCloud via Settings
We have no data to delete on our end because we never had it.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy (spoiler: we won't), we'll update this page and notify you via the app.
Children's Privacy
Capture Watch doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we don't collect data at all.
